Tim has over 30 years of experience in the fields of municipal public works, civil engineering, current and advanced planning and building & safety administration. As a registered engineer in the state of California, certified building official and a certified planner, Tim’s expertise spans the entire development process and he has dedicated himself to serving the needs of clients in the most customer friendly and cost-effective manner possible. He has served as President of the Southern California chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA). Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Chris has over 36 years of successful management, planning, implementing, and administering of public works projects and programs. He has served as President of the Southern California chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and is committed to serving the needs of the client through strong leadership and a collaborative approach. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and holds professional registration in California as a Civil Engineer.
